I use to smoke weed. Not a lot, I personally enjoyed it. I am not saying its right - but i did it. I use to stick on my
headphones, listen to my music & crack open my sketchbook and draw. I would draw these characters,
over and over again, thru the medium of lead and ink and paper, unlocking doors in my head with the THC key.
It was escapism, I lived on a estate, not a lot going on apart from trouble and more trouble, not my cup of tea,
so I would buy my weed on Saturdays, chill and draw...
I found my sketchbooks out a few months back, I don't smoke anymore, to old, life's moved on...
but i thought it would be fun to bring all those doodles to life, so here's the result,
my Stoned On Saturdays series.

This dude is insane. The Blu Hatter can not control his disturbing thoughts, which is no bad thing, but when your thoughts materialize into real everyday living beings or objects, then its a problem. His world is populated by his craziness, the more he thinks, the crazier it gets, over populated, over the edge, you have to be mad in the first place to even find yourself here. its a beautiful, colorful and amazing place but if you value your insanity you will keep well away

G and Imp are a nasty piece of work. Sadistic and over aroused, they buzz of pleasure and pain, there a tag team of both. Nobody has ever seen what the look like underneath the mask and suit, im not sure you would want to, they swim and squirm in the pools of gratification and there not to be trusted, out for one thing and one thing only.

A true pirate - but he's not after your materialistic riches, but your mind, your thoughts and memories, if you or your crew are unlucky enough to meet him, he will suck them right out of you, its not a pretty site, and very messy, you will become a zombie,
a shell, a ghost, you will sail the open seas for the rest of days your mind in a fog, we all know the tales of ghost ships...
